However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is
necessary.
Eligibility for Refund:
• Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of the course purchase,
provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• If a course is canceled or significantly altered by DelV-IN CAMPUS, you are
entitled to a full refund.
• Refunds do not apply to courses that have been fully completed or to
non-refundable promotions.
How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, contact our customer support team
with your order details and the reason for the request. Once approved, the
refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
